Zoomify Images

Apologies: it's not straightforward to embed Zoomify images in the wiki system I use currently, so these images are links to web pages elsewhere on my web server.

Better Light images

• 'Nose rock,' Mojave Desert (Colour)
• Rocks, Mojave Desert (IR)
• Yosemite falls (Colour)

All the Better Light images were shot with a Cambo 4x5 camera with the back in normal (non-panoramic mode), yielding 8000 x 6000 images. The colour images are true colour per pixel with no interpolation, so this equates to 150 megapixels.

This isn't one of my images, but it is a great example of the Better Light used in panoramic mode:

Megavision images

• Out of this world (Monochrome)

This was pieced together in photoshop from 70 original frames.

• Snow in the painted desert (Monochrome)

This was shot with a Schneider shift lens -- it's two frames, one fully shifted left, the other fully right, stitched in Photoshop, yielding a roughly 6500 x 4000 image.
